Payment Methods

All prices listed in US Dollars.
All orders are sent as First Class mail via USPS mail. Please allow
3-4 working days for deliveries. A Shipping and Handling charge of
$3.00 is applicable for every single item.

We also accept orders via mail. Please contact us by e-mail so we
can take care of your specific needs.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with all of your purchases from our
website.

If any purchase from ZEBA Cosmetics fails to meet your
expectations, contact Customer Service at
admin@zebacosmetics.com for a return authorization number and
simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused
condition within 10 days of receipt, minus the shipping and
re-stocking charges. The UNUSED item must be returned with a
return authorization number, in original packaging, in good
condition, and all paperwork. A $3.00 re-stocking fee is applicable to
all returns regardless of condition.

We cannot accept returns COD. We do not reimburse shipping
charges on the initial order or the return order.

Return Instructions
All returns and exchanges require a return authorization number. To
obtain a return authorization number, please email
admin@zaebacosmetics.com with the following information:

Contact name and phone number
Invoice or sales receipt number
Date of purchase
Description of item to be returned
Reason for return

The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the
outside of the box in bold print.

Be sure to record and keep your shipping information and receipt
for tracking purposes until your credit has been processed and
ensure that the package is returned to the correct address. The
return address will be supplied in the email from ZEBA Cosmetics
Company with your return authorization number.
ZEBA Cosmetics Company cannot be responsible for packages lost
or damaged during return shipping.

Backorders
ZEBA Cosmetics will notify you of any backorders that may occur
after your order is received.
